Meet Dr. Perry
A full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a particular focus on complex office-based procedures including dental implant surgery, advanced bone grafting, wisdom teeth extraction, and exposures of impacted teeth for orthodontic patients. Dr. Gray also performs intricate hospital-based procedures to including corrective jaw surgery, maxillofacial trauma, pathology and reconstruction.
Dr. Jonathan T. Perry is a Dual Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology. This certification enables Dr. Perry to provide patients with the full range of oral and maxillofacial surgery services, including those requiring intravenous sedation or general anesthesia at MOSA’s specially equipped and staffed office.
Born and raised on Long Island, Dr. Perry is a graduate of Vassar College and received his dental education from New York University. He then completed a one-year internship at the Manhattan VA Hospital followed by a year of anesthesia training at Bellevue Hospital. Dr. Perry’s residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was completed at The New York Hospital (currently known as Weill Cornell Medical Center). Dr. Perry became board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and he remained at The New York Hospital as Full-Time Faculty until 1992.
Dr. Jonathan T. Perry continues to be directly involved with post-doctoral resident training. Dr. Perry’s areas of research emphasis include dental implants and oral pathology.
Dr. Jonathan T. Perry is on staff and operates at Weill Cornell Medical Center on the upper east side of Manhattan. He is also a Clinical Instructor at the Manhattan VA Hospital.
